In this week’s email, David shared the following quote from his dad, “I’ve crossed so many bridges only to find that there wasn’t a stream.” David shared how our perceptions profoundly alter reality as we see it. We often catastrophize and create an elaborate scenario that has very little basis in fact or reality. In this podcast, Marisa and David look deeper into this topic and discuss ways we can regain our grip on what is truly happening.
