David shared that Pinnacle leaders understand the highest goal of leadership is to develop leaders, not gain followers. In this podcast, Marisa and David discuss tips for a Level 5 Leader. They took this opportunity also to discuss perhaps the greatest coach that ever lived, John Wooden. A true Level 5 leader.
