Last week we looked at a very unique and impressive leader, Bill Tindall. This week, David went back to the Apollo program and wrote about Dr. John C. Houbolt. Houbolt was the one person who believed that a Lunar Orbit Rendezvous was the only way to land on the moon successfully and return home. In the face of brutal opposition and personal attacks, he wrote a letter to Robert Seamans, the Associate Administrator at NASA. Houbolt changed the minds of NASA.
