In chemistry, we learn that a catalyst is a substance that enables a chemical reaction to proceed at a usually faster rate or under different conditions than otherwise possible. People are also catalysts. We can be a catalyst for good or bad. In this episode, Marisa and Dave discuss seven characteristics that will make us a catalyst for good.
